Saurabh Gupta joined HTLC in 2013 as the CEO of HTLC and since then is leading the business towards its continuous expansion and evolution. Saurabh has a rich experience of 25 years in several industries and diverse roles. He has been a part of organizations like Asian Paints, where he gained multi-functional experience in Finance, Sales and Manufacturing and Pepsi, where he held various responsibilities for 6 years in the role of P&L Head of UP operations and the Regional Director in a sales development role in Bangkok.
He has over 4 years experience in the telecom sector. He was previously the CEO - Health and Wellness at VLCC, where he managed about 165 centers across the Indian subcontinent.
Saurabh is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from IIT Varanasi with a degree in management from IIM, Lucknow.
Arindam Lahiri joined HTLC in 2013 as the CAO (Chief Academic Officer). Since then he has been steering the Academics at HTLC. He has been a part of renowned organizations like CL Educate (Career Launcher), ETS, IL&FS. Prior to Studymate, he was the Executive Director of GRAS Education & Training Services Pvt. Ltd.
Arindam pursued his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University and his post-graduation from IIM Lucknow.
Anand Agarwal became a part of Hindustan Times in the year 2011. He joined as the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the Education vertical. He is heading the operations for HTLC. Anand has an experience of 15 years in diverse industries like Technology and Education, Retail and Sporting Goods.
Before joining Hindustan Times, he worked with Reebok India as the General Manager – Finance. At Reebok, he led all aspects of financial planning, budgetary controls, capitalization, forecasting and accounting.
Anand is a graduate from the Delhi University and is a CA and CS.
Ritika Oberoi joined HT Media in 2008 as a Management Trainee. She was closely involved in various functions & businesses at HT including Media Marketing in Delhi and Mumbai and Firefly e-ventures before forming a part of the strategy team which launched Studymate Learning Centers in 2010.
Ritika led its major functions like Business development, Sales & Marketing and Academic process streamlining.
In 2015, Ritika headed the launch of Englishmate Learning Centers across Delhi NCR.
Ritika has previously worked with Ernst & Young as a Risk Analyst and has over 10 years of work experience.
She is a commerce graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, DU and an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai.
